Student Intern

Clerical Component:

• Student intern would be responsible for interacting with patients in person and via telephone regarding issues of scheduling, collections, and information gathering.

Clinical Component:

• Student intern would be responsible for chart audits ensuring clinical data is present and meets acceptable standards of documentation.
• Student intern will shadow Licensed Independent Clinical Counselors and Licensed Independent Social Workers gaining knowledge of various treatment modalities, diagnostic evaluations procedures and documentation, and risk management procedures.
• Student intern will complete intakes and the accompanying documentation within a timely manner.
• Student intern will provide individual and family counseling in person and via telehealth, with accompanying documentation being completed in a timely manner.
