Requirements:
- Have a Master’s degree in Psychology or Social Work, and/or have an active, unrestricted license in Massachusetts (LMHC, LICSW, or Licensed Psychologists).
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to make accurate assessments and provide appropriate treatment.
- Comfortable providing telehealth services and using EHR for documentation.
- Able to work independently, collaborate with team members, and be open to professional growth and development.
- Have a strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Have a minimum of 16-20 hours of availability per week.
- Have a private place to meet for teletherapy to ensure HIPPA compliance.

Compensation: up to $55-$65 per hour depending on degree, licensure, and experience.
