Mental Health Therapist Needed!

Amplify Plus Therapy & Coaching PLLC is a growing private practice serving a diverse population seeking to bring on board two Licensed Counselors/Therapists (LCSW, LMSW, or LPC-A, LPC) in Missouri City, Texas. The position is contractual.

OFFICE LOCATION (Not a Remote Position)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assess the nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing their personal history
• Develop and execute individual treatment plans
• Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress
• Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs
• Maintain accurate client documentation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Maintain appropriate documentation of clinical and counseling services
• Maintain 10-20 hours weekly

SKILLS

• Mental Health, LCSW, Documentation, LPC, Communication Skills, Administrative Support, Build Rapport, LMSW, Treatment, Facilitation, Social Worker. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

JOB TYPE: 1099 Contractor. Contract rate based on experience and qualifications.

BENFIT: FREE licensure supervision in Mental Health and professional development training.

• Compensation is based on the number of clients seen.

Amplify Plus Therapy & Coaching provides telehealth and face-to-face counseling to address various social and psychological therapeutic needs. We use evidence-based therapy (for example, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure Therapy, EMDR) to help make a successful transition after a traumatic event. Licensed therapists can offer individuals, couples, and family counseling that addresses grief and transitional counseling after trauma.
