Outpatient Therapist - LCMHC/LCSW/LMFT or Associate

We are seeking an Outpatient Therapist - LCMHC/LCSW/LMFT or Associate to join our team! You will provide mental health assessments, treatment planning, and counseling intervention services, as well as continually monitoring and documenting patient progress and outcomes.

Associate level providers and those interested in working with young children encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Providing outpatient counseling services to clients and their families.
• Responsible for intakes, assessment, treatment, and discharge planning, individual, family and group counseling, and family support services.
• Chart progress, maintain clinical records, and ensure implementation of treatment and discharge plans.
• Provides services to patients in outpatient, telehealth, and community settings.
• Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
• Familiarity with community mental health resources
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong leadership qualities
