At Totius Therapies we focus on providing mental health counseling services for couples, families, and children. We call it "Counseling for the Whole Family". Totius Therapies is currently hiring both Part-Time and Full-Time Psychotherapists.

We offer flexible and fixed work schedules so you can find the type of work-life balance that you need. Applicants must be willing to work 20 hours/week for part-time and 40 hours/week for full-time. Part-time employees are not eligible for benefits.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide therapy for individuals, couples, children, and families.
    - Maintain up to date treatment plans and documentation of services provided within insurance-required time frames for documentation.
    - Work with other providers both in the organization and in other organizations to coordinate care for patients.
    - Update schedules, CPT codes, and attendance status for patients that you see.
    - Lead groups as needed.
    - Attend staff meetings and periodic supervision.
    - Manage paperwork and basic office responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

- Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Psychology.
- Licensed to perform mental health therapy in the State of Idaho.
- A clean background check
- Hold a current license in the state of Idaho as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Preferred:
- Trained in EFT or Gottman Method of Couples Counseling
- Registered Play Therapist
