VICTORY FAMILY COUNSELING (located in Concord, NC) is seeking bilingual (Spanish) social work interns for the 2024-2025 academic year who are eager to learn and grow in a multicultural, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent-friendly setting.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct clinical support under the supervision of licensed professionals.
- Engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, including multicultural, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent populations.
- Conduct assessments, provide individual and group counseling, and develop treatment plans.
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic and culturally competent care.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow ethical guidelines in all clinical practices.
**Qualifications:**
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Social Work (or related field).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Strong commitment to social justice, diversity, and inclusion.
- Interest in working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent populations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, supportive environment.
- Dedication to personal and professional growth within a clinical setting.
