JOB SUMMARY
Trinitas Regional Medical Center is currently recruiting for our upcoming New Grad RN Program - *Cohort 2 is scheduled to begin APRIL 3, 2023 *. This program will be offered again in July and October 2023.
The Trinitas Regional Medical Center New Grad RN Program is a comprehensive transition program for the graduate nurse entering the acute care clinical arena that offers a specialized 12 week paid Medical - Surgical Nursing Orientation. The Nursing Process is the central theme throughout the program with emphasis on assessment skills, communication, critical thinking and patient safety. The New Grad RN Program offers a base hourly pay rate of $43.00 (+/- Shift Differential: $6.00) and a Retention Bonus of $3,000.00.
To be considered, you must meet the following qualifications:
- You must have graduated from Nursing School within the past year
- This must be your first position as an RN in an acute care setting
- You must be flexible to work AM or PM shift on any Medical Surgical Unit upon completion of Orientation (7a-7:30p or 7p-7:30a)
- You must hold an active NJ RN license or present evidence of a confirmed NCLEX date
