Dragonfly Counseling & Wellness is a progressive and inclusive private practice located in
Downtown Columbus. Our counselors have experience and training working with the LGBTQ
population, men, couples, and college students. We specialize in anxiety disorders,
infertility, pregnancy and postpartum mental health, sexual issues, and grief. The main
treatment modalities at the practice are Mindfulness- Informed and Trauma-Informed
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person Centered, and
strength-based approaches. We also offer Walk and Talk Therapy. We have a private pay
model only, but provide clients with superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
We are looking for LPCs and/or LPCCs to join our team as Clinical Therapists and grow the
scope and reach of our services.
Position Summary:
The Clinical Therapist is responsible for providing individual, couple and also group
counseling in person and via telehealth to the center’s clients. Direct clinical services
include assessment, treatment planning, and care coordination (independently if LPCC or
under supervision if LPC).
Employment Details:
- W-2 employment (hourly, either full- or part-time), with flexible hours;
- Starting rates of $50/clinical hour for LPCs; $72-$135/clinical hour for LPCCs
- Clinical supervision toward licensure included for LPCs;
- Opportunity to participate in peer consultations with other providers;
- Use of Simple Practice for scheduling and documentation;
- Practice in a welcoming, fully furnished and recently renovated office and have
access to all office amenities (on-site parking, break room, and multipurpose room
for training and events);
- Private Pay model.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree with a valid Ohio counseling license;
- Willingness to work at least 5 hours per week at the center; ability to work
weekends is a plus, but not required;
- Willingness to participate in community outreach events and to proactively market
their own services.
