What You'll Do

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard employees in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, collaborate with our broker and external benefit vendors.
  • Support payroll, including timecard review, PTO input and pay changes.
  • Administer FMLA and GLOA for employees.
  • Manage salary continuation.
  • Serve as point of contact for employee HR-related inquires, provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support IOCP’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belong by integrating inclusive practices not all aspect of our work environment.

 

Qualifications

  • A minimum of an associate degree.
  • 2-5 years’ experience as a human resources professional or related field.
  • Exceptional computer skills, including MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, and experience with HRIS systems and databases. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills; proven experience and knowledge of strategic relationship building and conflict resolution. 
  • At ease in uncomfortable conversations.
  • Agile with keen eye for detail.
  • High degree of sensitivity for confidentiality. 
  • Passion and commitment to building an inclusive and equitable work environment.
