What You'll Do
- Recruit, hire, and onboard employees in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
- Administer employee benefits programs, collaborate with our broker and external benefit vendors.
- Support payroll, including timecard review, PTO input and pay changes.
- Administer FMLA and GLOA for employees.
- Manage salary continuation.
- Serve as point of contact for employee HR-related inquires, provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
- Support IOCP’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belong by integrating inclusive practices not all aspect of our work environment.
Qualifications
- A minimum of an associate degree.
- 2-5 years’ experience as a human resources professional or related field.
- Exceptional computer skills, including MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, and experience with HRIS systems and databases.
- Strong interpersonal skills; proven experience and knowledge of strategic relationship building and conflict resolution.
- At ease in uncomfortable conversations.
- Agile with keen eye for detail.
- High degree of sensitivity for confidentiality.
- Passion and commitment to building an inclusive and equitable work environment.
