We are expanding our team and seeking dedicated, compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide applied behavioral analysis (ABA) therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Using the most effective-based practices and teaching methodologies, RBTs and BTs will have the opportunity to implement individualized skill acquisition and promote daily living skills while collaborating with clinical and support teams to help make a difference in the lives of our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS/ DUTIES
- Ability to work 1:1 with patients in the home, school, and community settings
- High School Diploma
- Implement treatment plans and prepare program materials; treatment protocols that include a wide variety of domains such as toilet training, communication, social, and adaptive living skills
- Desire to work with children (experience with individuals with Autism is a plus)
- Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes utilizing data collection software
- Participate in on-going training, evaluations and meetings
- Assist with parent training and clinical assessments, as needed
- Communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and families regarding schedule changes required to regarding client’s progress
- Work ethically and with integrity while following the BACB Ethical Code
- Must have reliable transportation
