Post Masters Clinician (Contractor)

Clinicians have the opportunity to contribute, partner and start a career with an African American, woman owned therapeutic practice. Clinicians are encouraged to collaborate with the BDP team, to provide direct services to clients of BDP. 

**MUST HAVE LMSW/ LCPC or equivalent; CONTRACTOR POSITION; VIRTUAL ONLY**

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in a team to provide clinical services such as individual/group therapy, crisis intervention,  and evidence based practices

• Attend supervision sessions weekly in collaboration with site supervisor

• Attend appropriate meetings including staff meeting with clinical staff

• Prepares for client sessions including reading progress notes and any other specific research and evaluation of client problems

• Completion of all assigned paperwork in a timely fashion, such as individual and group documentation, attendance report, service plans and evaluations as assigned by the supervisor

• Research best practices for various assignment and projects as assigned by supervisor

• Maintain a professional demeanor with members, colleagues and collateral contacts consistent with agency ethics and code of conduct guidelines
