WHO WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE:
We are looking for strength-based family therapists and paraprofessionals with excellent communication skills, a willingness for flexibility and understanding with a commitment to making a difference in the community to join our team. The successful applicant will have a passion for providing home-based family services and will be available to work a flexible schedule to meet client needs (including some evenings, weekends, and holidays). Specific programs vary depending on training and experience and may include FPS (Family Preservation Services), CFI, (Crisis Family Intervention) and Triple P (Positive Parenting Program).

HOW TO JOIN OUR TEAM Minimum Requirements:
Graduate degree in social work, psychology, human services, or related field; OR undergraduate degree in social work, psychology, human services or related field and at least two-three years’ experience working with children and families. Valid driver’s license, a vehicle in good working condition, and automobile liability insurance that meets minimum agency requirements.
Satisfactory completion of a criminal history background check.
At least 21 years of age and live in the designated service area.
DOH licensure/certification (for Family Therapists is a must)
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required

Bachelor's (Required) (therapist positions)
High School or G.E.D. (paraprofessional positions)
Experience:
working with children and families: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
Driver's License and automobile liability insurance (Required)
DOH licensure/certification (Therapist position)
Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) certification, preferred but not required
PFR (Promoting First Relationships) certification, preferred but not required
Work Location: Multiple locations throughout Pierce, Kitsap and Thurston Counties
