Are you a licensed mental health professional with a passion for leading teams and making a difference in the lives of young people? Steps to Success Day Treatment, a program dedicated to providing trauma-informed, strength-based care to youth aged 10-14, is seeking a dedicated Clinical Coordinator to oversee the daily clinical operations of our program. In this role, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals in providing trauma-informed mental health services, including individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and parent support. You will ensure compliance with DHS Chapter 40 standards while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. If you are a dynamic leader committed to empowering youth and families, we encourage you to apply!

What You'll Do:

  • Supervise and support staff in providing trauma-informed, high-quality mental health services in compliance with DHS Chapter 40 standards
  • Lead case reviews, treatment planning, and team meetings to ensure coordinated, individualized care for clients and families
  • Provide direct clinical services, including initial assessments, parent/caregiver collaboration, and parent/caregiver education workshops
  • Manage program evaluation, admissions, and development while contributing to quality improvement initiatives with the Director
  • Act as a bridge between families, referral sources, and multidisciplinary teams to foster positive outcomes for clients
What We're Looking For:
  • Independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Wisconsin
  • A minimum of 1,500 hours of clinical experience working with youth with mental health challenges or severe emotional disturbance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse families
  • Strong understanding of adolescent development and mental health challenges
  • Experience in working with families facing complex situations and crisis management
  • Ability to effectively facilitate group discussions and workshops
Eligible candidates must pass a Wisconsin caregiver background check and criminal history screening.
 

Pay & Benefits:

  • Starting salary $60,000 - $70,000 annually commensurate with licensure, experience and language ability
